Article Deleted But Items still showing up?

  I recently contacted a blogger on this site to get an article deleted, he did so. However a photo from the article is still showing up, in the wordpress files. Is there anyway to delete the photo?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The blogger who uploaded it into his/her Media Library has to delete it. We can’t do that.
