Article modification under the old (classic) editor not possible

    Hello,

    I was not thrilled with wordpress.com’s change of editor but managed to do it even though I find it significantly less convenient than the old one.

    On the other hand, it is impossible to open some old articles (2010) written with the classic editor in this new editor.

    The titles are visible, the articles are displayed on the blog but after clicking on “edit” under the title appears the only mention “This block encountered an error and cannot be previewed”.
    We get the same mention by creating an article after clicking on “+” and typing and selecting “Classic”.

    Suffice to say that it is very upsetting.

    Are other users experiencing this problem? Is there a solution to view and edit old blog posts?
