Article sharing count

  The sharing icons on my articles are displaying 0 shared counts for Facebook and Twitter. But the stats section show that the articles have been shared on these sites. How is it possible ?

  Also, can I get to know, who has shared the article on these networks through any wordpress tool ???

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
