Articles from my site copied in whole to a WordPress.com site

A big hi and a thank you in advance to all the wonderful WordPress.com support staff. I am hoping you can help me out with this issue either by taking measures or by letting me know what I can do to resolve it.
About an hour ago I read an email, it said that there was a ping-back to be moderated. I looked and was horrified to see that the blog I was looking at via ping-back link was showing me the entire body of my article, it had been cut and pasted to that WordPress.com site. I looked a little farther and found another of my articles, also whole. I didn’t look for more.
I want justice, I want my work taken down. I don’t have time to search through their whole scraper site to see how many they took, but is there a chance that given the site is a scraper site, that WordPress staff will shut it down? Then I wouldn’t have to worry.
Please let me know if there’s anything you can do to help me get my articles taken down. Here are the two links I found:

I should add, that the articles are not from binatarot as the automatic footer note states, they are from another site of mine.

For the record, one has been removed and one has not. I submitted take down notices on both, but had an error message when sending one. I just now sent it again.

For the record copyright violations are Terms of Service Staff issues that are not dealt with here on the public peer support forums. That’s why Volunteers provide relevant links and then tag thread like these threads for closure.

I see, well if it had been marked as closed I’d have realized that.
I thought that it was necessary to say more, stemming from the fear that if the thread was left open for a valid reason, ie., someone perhaps watching it to see if the matter was resolved, that it may be closed before the offending material was taken down if I didn’t make it clear that there was an article still live. Now I know this is not the case.
So the fault here was not mine, why the thread is still open, I don’t know. Thanks for clarifying that though.

Understood and not to worry as Support Staff can and will close this thread. We Volunteers cannot do that but they can. Your DMCA take down update needs to be sent to Terms of Service Staff.
