Articles Not Showing On Homepage Zoologist Theme

Hi, I’m a new user of WordPress.com and I can’t make my articles appear on my homepage. I’ve selected the right option in Homepage setting, and I have three articles (tests) marked “published”. However they don’t appear anywhere on the website and I can see them only through my admin section “Articles”. I’m using the Zoologist theme by the way. I’ve search everywhere, read several forum topics and still can’t find a solution. Help me please !

The issue here is under the new Full Site Editor, you do have the Blog Posts block there, but it’s not inside the Query Loop block: https://wordpress.com/support/full-site-editing/theme-blocks/query-loop-block/
In a sense, it’s like saying “put that here” while the theme doesn’t know what “that” is.
Full Site Editing is new here and bit complex, but we have some comprehensive documentation for it at https://wordpress.com/support/full-site-editing/
Alternatively, you could create a separate page for your blog posts, then the Query Loop block wouldn’t be required: https://wordpress.com/support/create-a-separate-page-for-blog-posts/
Or, try a theme that predates the Full Site Editor, like https://wordpress.com/theme/twentytwentyone/ or https://wordpress.com/theme/shawburn/ or https://wordpress.com/theme/exford/

I just wanted to add, if you want to revert your changes rather than trying to rebuild the query loop, you can do that here:

Each modified template has a dot on it. Tap the menu to the right and you can clear customizations if you wish.
