arts1850.wordpress.com not displaying formatting correctly

  My blog is not displaying properly. Formatting appears to be very off, and the meta section appears all the way at the bottom of the page, with no separation between posts and no headings. I suspect this is something on your end since I have done nothing to the blog.

  I do not have resolution to this error, but I also am experiencing a large formatting error on my site. I have just begun my new site, and am novice to WordPress. Thank you in advance for help.
