Ascii characters appearing in wordpress webpage

    The website is http://www.trans-asiatic.com .

    There are Ascii characters in Products … and Trans Asiatic …

    I have tried to use wordpress admin panel to edit the rest of the affected pages with these Ascii characters already but left with these two text fields with Ascii characters.

    Products is named TA_Products in admin panel and there doesn’t seem to be a way to edit the name of TA_Products in the admin panel.

    How do I go about solving this?

    We’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.

    To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    You might check in with your host to see if there’s an error log you could look at for more information. Or, you could look in this forum; perhaps someone there has experienced something similar:
