  Why I banned from WordPress ?
  The notif ‘we’re unable to show you new site domain suggestions as one or more has been suspended from WordPress’.
  Could you please help me ?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  It seems you have one or more suspended sites on the wordpress.com platform. First you must contact the TOS-team at https://wordpress.com/support/suspended-blogs/ to solve those problems.
