  i want to ask.how to change themes manually.i have one theme downloaded from a site and i dont understand how to change it manually

  Hello

  You can not upload a theme to your WordPress.com account, but rather you can choose from any of the themes at https://wordpress.com/themes/.

  Themes that you download from other sources are for self-hosted WordPress sites only.

  To learn more about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org (self-hosted), take a look at http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
