  Hi, I want to ask about uploading files.
  Can we upload .swf files into my blog?
  How can we make it?

  No sorry,
  Only certain formats are supported. See http://en.support.wordpress.com/accepted-filetypes/

  You can host it at some other file hosting service that supports SWF files. Perhaps file den or box.net.

  So what I need to do is put the link from box.net into my blog in WordPress?
  Can we put advertisements in the layout of WordPress so we can sell a space to advertise some kind of products or something?
  Which is the advertisements use clicked based to take the visitor to their website?

  No, user advertising is, except for a couple very narrow exceptions, not allowed on wordpress.COM. For the exceptions, see the last sentence under “Affiliate marketing blogs” in the bottom set of bullet points in the “types of blogs” link below.

  If you get a lot of hits on your blog, you may qualify for the ad control program where you split the revenue 50-50 with WordPress.com. You need to be getting 25,000 page views or more each month. See the advertising support page I referenced above.
