  I’m looking for a plugin or something that would allow followers/readers to send me questions through my site and I can read them and then answer in following blogposts…

  I can only find this kind of thing for wordpress.org, and the installation process just confuses me.

  Is there anything that can do this on wordpress.com with a simple installation process?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
