"Ask Me" Widget?

  I would like to add a tumblr-like feature, the Ask Me Anything box, and I can’t seem to find anything that will work. Closest I have found are a few plugins, but I don’t know how to install a plugin on my blog. I have the free blog, and it’s hosted at WordPress. That is to say, I do not have my own domain, so I don’t know that I can upload anything to my blog…

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins. To have plugins you need to hire a web host and set up your own self hosted WordPress.org install. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
  There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes this.
