Asked for a cancellation on domain upgrade but site is still active

  Please can you confirm that my domain is being cancelled – it says domain cancellation pending and it has been that way for weeks now. I cancelled it within stipulated time and haven’t got a refund yet. All I got was a refund for masking my details on the domain which means my details are now public on a domain i have asked a cancellation for at the same time. This is urgent please.

  Hi there!

  When you cancelled your domain, did you click the cancellation link in the cancellation email that was sent to the email address associated to your WordPress.com account?

  Hi – no I did not receive any email of that sort. The only email that I got was for the cancellation of private domain which has already been processed.

  Please can you send me the cancellation link for the domain registration etc. Thank you
