Asked for a refund… Never refunded

Hi. I asked for a refund and it was approved during a chat session. Already a month ago, and still haven’t been refunded on my credit card… Any way to contact support? (Obviously, now that I do not have a paid plan, I cannot chat or contact support…)

There are no prorated refunds. Refunds https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ are time limited.
