I have just realized that I’ve been getting real comments (false spam) these past few months, but I didn’t know they were being blocked by Akismet. Is there any way I can see those comments that Akismet has blocked in the past?

You can access these from the Spam sub-section in the Comments section of your blog’s Dashboard.
Just mark them as “Not Spam” to educate Akismet, but be weary of the URLs entered by the commenters. Some spam bots leave vaguely relevant comments that still link to some rather spammy sites.
