How do I find the Askimet link? No in my settings folder

Askimet is built into wordpress.com and should just work. if you want to see your stats look under Dashboard —> Askimet Stats

My website, http://www.clearbrookcap.com has been labeled as a spam site by google and linkedin. How do I remove this designation. Do I need Askimet or something else? Thanks

That site doesn’t seem to be hosted on wordpress.com so I’m afraid I’m not able to help you.

I hired someone to do it…They created it on wordpress and its hosted on Yahoo. Does that help?

Your site may have a WordPress.ORG theme, but it is not a WordPress.COM site. Those are two completely different and separate platforms and volunteers here cannot help. You will need to ask in the WordPress.ORG forum. You will need to create an account there first.
