Askimet and SPAM

  Hi everyone,
  lately since the beginning of April I have been getting a lot of spam (18 spam comments on April) but today Akismet marked another comment as spam, but it wasn’t spam because i read it. I can’t read the other 18 spam comments to see if they are spam or not, but i’m sure they are not. Please, help, what can I do?!
