Askimet deleting approved comments, and my replies

I have contacted Askimet this morning, but simnce I have a free WordPress site, and I not sure who to contact. This is what I sent Askimet on their support page:
“I have a free Word Press site. Askimet is deleting comments I have approved from the WP Admin console. I noted one earlier, but thought it was a fluke and let it go. This morning it is driving me crazy. It is even deleting my own comments to the approved comments. Can you make it stop, PLEASE???!!! All my comments are set to manual approval by me.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It is not going well with the Askimet folks and I feel like I am chasing my tail. I realize I am using a free version of WP/askimet, and staff are really busy. For now I have warned commenters in the comment form not to post two comments in a row, even if they are quite different. This is were I think the problem lies. The “missing” comment is visible in WP admin comments and shows approved, but the “G” rated comment history show Askimet spirited it away. I have not been able to retrieve it, or my “G” rated reply to it, and make it visible on my blog site. I only see one of the two original comments. I have a screen shot I can email you to prove it.

The thing is the Akismet team would be the team that could do something about this. Even with I were to look further I’d go straight to them, so please be patient.

Askimet is also deleting comments from my approved family; they have now stop commenting as they say it’s a waste of time

If you already contacted Akismet Staff that was the way to go. And if you have not reported this directly to Akismet Staff that is exactly what you need to do now. http://akismet.com/contact/
