HI,
i Have big problem, my domain buszujacwcodziennosci.com was blocked. And i didnt know why? I loos control about mywebside and i really need from you anserw what now i can do, that my domain give back. From polish support wordpress i get infrmation that samebody try change domain – i didnt agree for this.Please contact me and help me with my blog.

Hi there,
On 5 April your domain was renewed. However, today we received a chargeback for the domain renewal. That means you went to your bank and opened a dispute against us, saying we didn’t have a right to renew the domain and we stole your money.
Chargebacks are very serious, and when you issue a chargeback against us your site is locked, all upgrades are removed, and a chargeback fee is added to your account that has to be paid before you can use the site again. You can see our full policy here:
If you want to keep using the domain you will have to pay the chargeback fee to unlock your site, and then I will send you a link to pay for the domain again. Your original payment is being taken back by your bank, so we can only restore the domain once you pay again.
Or else you can contact your bank and cancel the dispute. If they let us know there is no longer a chargeback against us, we can restore your domain.

I am really sorry! I didn’t Know that I you can automatycly take a money from my card, so because of this I block this transaction, and I didn’t notice that this is for domains.Of cours i will call to bank imidietly and I will change this situation I am so sorry for problem from bank.

Do you mean you were using that domain with a different provider? If so, the domain was pointed back to us when it was removed from your account, and we will need the other provider’s name servers or IP address to point the domain back at them for you.
Please contact your hosting provider and ask them for that information, then we can add it to the domain for you.

Hi, I see that many for domain in WordPress come back to me, and I am afraid that situation will reapet so, please tell me how I can pay for using WordPress, ( from new PayPal account) I can’t find this option in my account WordPress.
