    Hi @sgwin88, it looks like this was processed in two parts. The majority was simply reversed, meaning the charge was canceled before it was finalized. Some banks simply remove reversals from your statement, so you’ll want to check to see what charges are currently listed for our services.

    The remaining $12 was processed as a refund that you should see soon.
