Asking for Refund and Cancel renewal payment

  Hi there,

  I have never set renewal payment with wordpress. But i was charged $50 in the recent payment. Please help me to cancel the plan and process refund.

  Hi @hangnguyenphi, that sounds like a G Suite payment, but I don’t see it on this account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site. Here’s how you can recover access if needed:
