Asking help for starting a new site

    Hello,
    I am writing from Association for Information Systems University fo Dhaka Chapter. This is a club works for developing information systems related skills of its member. Its mother chapter is in USA .
    Now we want to develop a website for our chapter with the below features.
    1. Email for 200 students (150 will be added each year and 100 old will be deleted)
    2. Login facility for 200 members (150 will be added each year 100 old will be deleted)
    3. Facility of live streaming.
    4. Blogging
    5. Group chatting
    6. Sufficient storage more than 50GB
    7. interactive design

    For that stated purpose, we need help and guideline from you. Please suggest us how we can do it with WordPress and if you can sponsor us for that site anyway​ please do offer.

    You cannot create that here at wordpress.COM. You need to hire a web host and set up a self-hosted WordPress>ORG site. The guide it here https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-to-a-self-hosted-wordpress-site/
