Asking to connect with technical support employee regarding third party implementation on WordPress
-
Hi, we are a software company helps brands/merchants in marketing activities. Since many of our clients are currently using your product for their e-commerce, our aim is to create a guideline for them to help them easily set up/ implement our features on your platform. Could you please send me the point of contact regarding 3rd party integration so that we could make sure all the technical guidelines are relevant and useful. Then, one of our developers will explain more in technical perspectives with your team and we could set up a guideline for our (which is also yours) customers.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
ThanksI don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

Hi there! We don’t do third party integrations here on WordPress.com.
If you’re interested in creating a plugin for the WordPress software (downloadable from WordPress.org), you can refer to the following references here to get started:

Hi, thanks for your response. This doesn’t have to be 3rd party integration. My case is, for example, our client use WordPress for their e-commerce and they want to showcase some content/image there using our app which can be automatically updated and collected from influencers/users in their community. Is it possible to embed (i.e. our CSS code) on your platform?

You’ll want to check the links that helper-heroponriki shared above. You wouldn’t be able to achieve something like this with just CSS.
If you’re thinking about WooCommerce, their docs for developers can be found here:
