Askng for a refund

    Idk why are you still deletinng my threads and not answering on emails
    but this is not fair
    I bought your premium package and after 3 days I asked for a refund
    you refunded me only half….ok I dont care but I DIDNT GET MY REFUND SINCE 1 month!? where is it? on Mars?

    this is not a way how you should deal with your customers
    If I will not get a refund I will report you on ripoff website and ask pther authorities for help

    yes its only 22€ but if you will do this to 1000 people its a big amount…and Yes Im angry because I sent maybe 5emails and wrote threads here on forum and you didnt reply and deleted it
