  I can not access my site to make changes. I do not remember the username and no longer have access to the email address. Please Help my name is Brian Whitehouse and you have recently charged me $300 to my discover card.

  That site is connected to another account of yours fortmyershomeinspections. Just log out from current aspireinspection and log in again as fortmyershomeinspections.

  It say the account is lock out, when i go to reset the password fortmyershomeinspections it sends an email to an email address that i no longer have access to.

  Got it, can you use our secure form to recover access? Here’s how:

  You should be able to use a transaction ID from the charge you mentioned. Just be sure to enter it into that form, rather than in our public forums. You don’t want someone else to use it to access your site.
