  When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.   Hi there,

  The Post by Voice feature @timethief linked to is the only option we have built into WordPress.com, but you should be able to use any dictation software on your computer or mobile device to create text in the editor.
