Assign blog posts to a specific page

I created a few pages that I would like to look like tabs.
How do I assign posts to a specific page?
For example: a post about dogs to “Dogs” page, a post about vitamins to “Health” page, a post about traveling to a certain place to “Travel” page, and so on.
Please help.

To display posts on specific pages in WordPress, start by categorizing each post (e.g., “Dogs,” “Health,” “Travel”) under Posts > Categories in your dashboard, then assign each post to the relevant category. WordPress automatically creates category archive pages (like “yoursite.com/category/dogs”), which you can link directly to in your menu. Go to Appearance > Menus, add these category links, and arrange them in your menu so they act as tabs, allowing visitors to view posts for each category when they click on the respective tab.
