Assign hyperlink to image(logo) and move to other pages

  I have 3 logo at the bottom of my website page. I would like to make that logo clickable to another page. I just cannot find where should I put

  I have the same issue, there does not seem to be a place to write the URL for the onward site I want to link it to. Instead, when I click the image, it just takes me to what looks like a blog with that image on my own site??
