Assigning a User a Category

    Hello all,
    I am new here and getting to know WordPress (liking it so far). My question maybe simple, Is there a way to configure an users so they can only see certian blogs, wether by categories or some type of permissions.

    Hers the example. I want to start using WordPress to tack the progress of a certian task of a client. I want to create users for that client and when they login I want them to only see blogs/posts that I want. additionally I don’t want other users to be able to see these blogs.

    Any advise would help!

    Do you have a WordPress.com blog? You can assign User Roles but I’m afraid assigning categories is not available.

    If you need more control, you may want to look into using a self-hosted WordPress with such plugins.
