Assigning posts?

  How can I assign posts to pages on my blog? I have a static front page and a ‘blog’ catchall page or my posts with menu pages set up but cannot assign my posts to a page outside of the main blog catchall page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey therenewedmamablog,

  You may be confusing pages with the categories. If you want to add an item to the main menu and many similar posts to that, you need to create the categories and assign them to your posts.

  And then add those categories to your menu.

  But if you want to display posts on your pages, you can use the shortcode.
