assistance

Hello, I had a WordPress blog but I canceled and received a refund. But WP kept my blog up. I bought a domain name (elsewhere, without the WordPress added to the URL) so I deleted the original WP blog. All of a sudden, my own domain is not accessible. I just want to check…did WP have anything to do with messing up my domain? The first was therealmgreene.wordpress.com; the new one that I own is therealmgreene.com
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there, even though you canceled a paid plan on WordPress.com, your site will still be active on its free [site-name].wordpress.com.
Regarding your domain, have you mapped it to your existing site?
https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
If you have mapped the domain but deleted the site, then the site will no longer be accessible. To reverse a site deletion (within 30 days only), I’m adding modlook tag to bring attention to the staff to help you out.
Hope this helps.

Hi therealmgreene,
I had a WordPress blog but I canceled and received a refund. But WP kept my blog up.
I see you purchased a plan for therealmgreene.wordpress.com which has since been cancelled and refunded. This site has been deleted.
You have a second site with the address therealmgreenecom.wordpress.com (note the extra “com”) which is still active.
I bought a domain name (elsewhere, without the WordPress added to the URL) so I deleted the original WP blog. All of a sudden, my own domain is not accessible.
That’s correct, therealmgreene.wordpress.com has been deleted but therealmgreenecom.wordpress.com is still active.
Do you want to use therealmgreene.com as the custom domain for the remaining site? By that, I mean visitors to your site will see therealmgreene.com in their browser’s address bar instead of therealmgreenecom.wordpress.com.
Just let me know and we can go from there.
