  I need to know a few things. Can I create or add a message board to the website? Or does it have to be linked? or embedded? is there an option to approve all posts? Are the users who post required to register? Or can we have them be required to register?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Hi @tefaz34, message boards can mean a lot of different things. Can you clarify what you’re hoping for, or send a link to a site that does what you want?

  You can definitely allow comments on posts and pages. You can decide how to moderate those, too, and whether the commenters must be registered.

  If you want something more sophisticated than that, we also have P2, which we treat somewhat like a message board ourselves:

  Or, if your plan supports outside plugins, there are many other options out there.
