I am usingword press blog.I have some problem in changing author permalink.
I want to
http://www.mydomain.com/%5Bauthor username]
instence of
http://www.mydomain.com/author/%5Bauthor username]
So if any one have any idea about it then please reply.

Sorry, you still haven’t answered the question. The differences between wordpress.com and wordpress.org are huge and the answer to your enquiry depends on which of the two services you are using.
Have you downloaded and installed wordpress.org software on your self-hosted blog?
Or do you have a wordpress-com blog that you domain map to your website? -

I download it and use it in our local system.
And i use a theame of deepblue.
i want to

http://www.abc.com/blog/author/username

If you downloaded it, you are NOT using wordpress.COM. You are using wordpress.ORG so you are in the wrong forum. The software used for blogs hosted at wordpress.COM is totally different from the software for self-hosted blogs. Head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/

You cannot change the permalink structure on WordPress.com.
