My website is http://www.2chefs1home.com and I have 328 followers on my wordpress.com site but I’ve just started self hosting on wordpress.org and have jetpack installed, linked to my wordpress.com and need help transferring my subscribers. Please help.

Yes the transfer is from lecordonbleustudent.wordpress.com TO http://www.2chefs1home.com. Thank you again!I had 168 wordpress followers, 18 email followers and 142 Facebook followers.

I completed your migration of 168 WordPress subscribers and 18 Email subscribers from your WordPress.com site to your self-hosted site running Jetpack. Stats may take several hours to update in your Stats.
Facebook subscribers are not transferred during this process. That number is collected because you had Publicize set up on your WordPress.com site. Your self-hosted site requires a plugin to collect this information. The data isn’t transferable between the two services.
