Assistance Needed
-
Good Morning,
I need some advice in regards to my new website. During the weekend I registered a new domain http://www.wellnesshut.co.za and I bought WordPress package to build my website. I managed to build my site and it is live currently but I have a few challenges and I need your advise or assistance to fix this.
Please find attached screen shots for explination.
1. If I go to my browser http://www.wellnesshut.co.za I land on Picture Screenshot (1541).png
2. I then need to click on circled area on Picture Screenshot (1541) – 2.png to get to my actual home page – Picture Screenshot (1542)
3. If I want to go back to my online shop I need to click on circled area on Picture Screenshot (1542) – 2 to go back. Now my question is, is there no way that I can have my online shop under a Tab/Menu that says Shop and have all the functions like Product/Basket/Checkout under that section.
I think it will confuse my clients to get from one page/section to the other and visa versa.
Please advise this is quite urgent for me to fix if possible.
Kind Regards

Hello Johann,
It looks like your site is hosted at https://www.diamatrix.co.za/, and built using the open source WordPress software, made by the community on WordPress.org.
The forum you’re posting to now is for a different hosting provider, WordPress.com, and as your site isn’t on our servers, nor using our modified version of WordPress, our ability to help here is limited.
From what I can see, the page at https://www.wellnesshut.co.za/home/ isn’t currently set as your homepage. Instead, your Shop page is set as the homepage. Depending on your theme, you should be able to change this either under Settings ->Reading in the dashboard, or else at Appearance ->Customize ->Homepage Settings.
Please contact support at your theme directly for more help with this.
Now my question is, is there no way that I can have my online shop under a Tab/Menu that says Shop and have all the functions like Product/Basket/Checkout under that section.
You should be able to add your Shop, Checkout, Cart and Account pages used by WooCommerce to your menu, yes. If those pages all already exist on your site, also check with your theme’s support for the correct process to add those to the menu.
If you need help getting those pages set up in WooCommerce, you can find their support forum here:

And for general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can find the WordPress.org community forums here:
