I am writing to inform you about a recent transition we made from our previous cPanel email server, which was associated with the domain yousefreza.com, to Microsoft with the domain yousefredha.com. Since this migration, we have encountered an issue with our WooCommerce plugin.
Previously, all new order notifications were directed to the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff). However, after the server change, this functionality ceased to work. We are eager to rectify this situation promptly.
I have attempted to reconfigure the WooCommerce plugin, but regrettably, my efforts have not yielded the desired outcome. Additionally, any attempts to alter the email settings within WordPress have not resulted in successful email reception.
Given the critical nature of this issue, I kindly request your expert guidance and assistance in re-establishing the email functionality. Specifically, we would like to reconfigure the new order notifications to be sent to the mailbox (email visible only to moderators and staff).
