Assistance Needed to Disable Server Cache for Real-Time Updates
-
Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my WordPress-hosted site where updates to content, themes, or plugins do not appear in real time. It seems that there is some type of server-side caching enabled, which is delaying these changes from being reflected immediately.
This has been affecting the user experience and making it difficult to ensure that the site remains up-to-date without manually clearing the cache after every change.
I would like to inquire if there is a way to disable or manage this server-side cache. Specifically:
- Can I disable the server cache entirely for my site?
- If not, are there specific settings or tools available to manage how and when the cache is refreshed?
- Are there any best practices for handling this issue without compromising site performance?
Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
Best,
D.

Hello,
Thank you for your response. I wanted to clarify that I am not looking to perform a one-time cache clearing but rather to disable the server-side cache permanently. The issue is that updates are being delayed due to the caching system, and clearing the cache manually after every change is not a sustainable solution.
I would appreciate it if you could assist me in finding a way to permanently disable the cache or provide guidance on how to manage it more effectively, so that changes can be reflected immediately without requiring constant intervention.
Looking forward to your response!
Best regards,
D.
