Assistance Needed with Chatbot Positioning Issue in Shoreditch Theme

    ello,

    I am using the Shoreditch theme on two of my websites: http://www.mantifang.com and Koitalk.app I’m experiencing an issue with the display of a chatbot that is implemented via an external plugin. The chatbot is supposed to appear in the bottom right corner of the page, but despite several attempts, the positioning remains incorrect.

    Issue Description:

    The chatbot (#wp-chatbot-chat-container) should appear 50px from the right and 50px from the bottom of the page. We have tried adjusting this using inline styles and JavaScript, and while the styles seem to be correctly applied when inspected in the developer tools, the position is not reflected correctly on the live pages.

    What We’ve Tried:

    1. CSS Adjustments: We’ve tried using right: 50px and bottom: 50px with !important rules in the CSS, but this didn’t seem to work.

    2. JavaScript: We added custom JavaScript to adjust the position of the chatbot after the page loads. While the inline styles appear correctly in the inspection tools, the chatbot remains in the wrong position.

    Request for Help:

    Since the issue persists only with the Shoreditch theme, I’m wondering if there are any specific settings or conflicts within the theme that could be causing this behavior. My technical knowledge is somewhat limited, so I am hesitant to try more advanced steps, such as switching themes or disabling caching, without further guidance.

    Any help or advice on how to resolve this issue with the Shoreditch theme would be greatly appreciated.
