Assistance Needed with Connecting Squarespace Domain to WordPress.com Site

  Hi,

  I need help with connecting my domain, which is hosted on Squarespace, to my WordPress.com website. Despite adding all the required CNAME records and other details, I’m still unable to connect my domain.

  Additionally, I’m encountering an issue with the Jetpack plugin. I can’t access or deactivate it as it shows an error, as you can see in the attached image., beside i can’t access any of my installed plugins.

  Could you please assist me in resolving these issues? I look forward to your help.

  In order for the domain to work correctly on your WordPress.com site, you will need to resolve the A record issue first. Can you clarify that the A records have been added to the domain. Please refer to the guide at Squarespace to verify the A records have been added to point your site to WordPress.com. Once the A records are added correctly, that should fix the issue with Jetpack.
