    We are writing to seek your assistance regarding a legal notice we have received from a company called Aloft Media LLC. They are claiming that we are infringing on their patents through content or technology used on our website, which is on WordPress.

    We have thoroughly reviewed our website and are unable to identify any elements that would violate their patents. We do not knowingly use any technology or material that would constitute a patent infringement.

    As WordPress is our CMS provider, we would appreciate it if you could review our site and confirm whether there is any functionality, plugin, or integration that could be related to the patents in question. If you have any records or knowledge of such usage, please share the relevant details.

    We want to ensure full compliance and address this matter promptly.

    Some Googling tells me “This patent https://patents.justia.com/patent/20180024973 appears to be claiming drop-down menus on websites. It’s owned by patent troll Aloft Media, LLC. ” It seems that “firm” is claiming a dropdown menu (used on almost every website) is covered by their so called patent.

    When you Google “Aloft Media LLC.”+”patent troll” things become clear.
