Assistance required in shortlisting a theme

    Hi team,

    Hi team,

    We are looking for a responsive theme for our help page, where in we would like to have the following:

    Overall Requirement

    Our customer base is basically classified into two categories.Hence from the home page we would like to direct them to two dfiferent pages based upon there categorization/requirement.
    Then under each page we would like to make use of FAQ, flow diagram & video’s pertaining to each concern our customer could face in the future
    Easy to Customize
    UI/UX Requirement
    We would like to categorize our each main category page as shown in attachment.
    Search bar at the top, in order to enhance ease of use for the customers
    Live chat widget requirement
    Responsive

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I can see you’re currently using Gateway. How is that theme working for your needs?

    If you’re looking for another suggestion, then Sela might be worth you taking a look at. It’s the first theme that popped in my head when looking over your requirements! You could use the front page widgets to link to the two separate help pages that you detailed.

    Live chat widget requirement

    There isn’t a live chat widget available from WordPress.com. As a workaround, you could consider the Tlk.io widget, which allows you to embed a chat room onto your site.
