Assistance transferring followers from one WordPress.com site to another

I’d like to transfer my subscribers from caitiewrites.WordPress.com to my new blog, inamerryhour.WordPress.com. I’ve read the help and advice page, which says to contact WordPress through the support form. I did this about six weeks ago and haven’t yet heard anything. Any advice about how to proceed would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. I have tagged this thread for their attention.

P.S. If the blogs are not registered under the same username account then you need to login under the other username account and post here again.

If you want to move your site’s subscribers and followers over to another WordPress.com site that you own, you can contact us, and we’ll take care of it in a jiffy.
The ‘Contact Us’ link in that text goes to a form that doesn’t appear to post in these forums–I used it twice and those posts never showed up in the records of my posts here in the help forums. As soon as I posted here the issue was resolved very quickly (thanks again!) but it wasn’t clear that using the process specified above wasn’t going to post here. Apologies if I missed something obvious, just trying to save others from going through the same needless wait that I did.
