Assistance with Divi theme

  Hello,

  I am assisting my boss with his company website but when I login into my computer, there is no Divi option in the menu or the dashboard or when adding a new page.

  Do I need to re-install the Divi option? The website is running on WordPress 4.9.8 with Divi. As I understand, the Divi option should appear on the menu bar in the dashboard.

  Can someone please assist me with this?

  From the information you have provided, it looks like your site is using self-hosted WordPress.org, which is different from WordPress.com.

  Please share the URL of your site.

  Seems I have to first use the visual builder and save the page. Return to the edit page dashboard and the Divi back end builder will appear.

  Hello there, we can only assist with sites that are hosted here on WordPressdotcom and from your other thread it looks like your site is using the open source WordPress software.

  Please contact the Divi team directly for help with their plugin.

  In general, for help with a site using the open source WordPress software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where they have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
