    Hello,

    I’m trying to understand the domain transfer process. I haven’t been able to connect the domain yet, and I’m also having trouble upgrading my plan, it seems the issue is related to the domain transfer.

    I’m working with Vendasta to connect this website and set up my main page. Could you please help me resolve this so I can proceed?

    Hi there!
    It looks like the domain isn’t fully connected yet, which is causing issues with upgrading your plan and completing the setup with Vendasta. I checked your account and found this: https://dcprdm.dev domain is already added on WordPress.com. Please clarify which domain you want to connect. If you want to connect a different domain with your WordPress.com account, here are the details:

    If you’re transferring the domain to WordPress.com:
    Follow this guide to complete the transfer: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/incoming-domain-transfer/

    If you’re only connecting it from another provider:
    Update your domain’s name servers to:

    ns1.wordpress.com  ns2.wordpress.com  ns3.wordpress.com

    Once the domain connection or transfer is complete (which can take up to 48 hours), you’ll be able to upgrade your plan and continue with Vendasta.
