Assistance with Migrating website from a different server but keeping same host

    I’m trying to migrate my business website that was created by another company but hosted by WP Engine. Is there anyone who could assist migrating my website for free? The website is currently being operated on wordpress.org and I would like to stay on wordpress.org

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    It sounds like you’re looking for help migrating your WordPress site from one server to another while sticking with your WordPress.org website.

    You’re correct that this site is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, and since it’s hosted on a third-party provider (WP Engine), this WordPress.com forum doesn’t assist directly with server-to-server migrations.

    That said, you do have a couple of good options:

    • Many hosting providers offer free migration assistance, especially for business sites. I’d recommend contacting your host to ask if they can handle the migration for you.
