Assistance with the blog's address

Hello friends!
I am new with all this bloggy doggy thingy. I have waited for 10 years until I finally started to make it happen. The reason why is because I am really undecided and when I create something I want it to sound, look and feel perfect.
I was really undecided about the website’s address. Today I finally felt inspired and an idea has hit me, as I needed an address that I’d actually like to have.
After studying and playing with terms, I found the address I want my website located and hosted by WordPress. Unfortunately, the address is occupied by a website that is empty and I’d love to be able to use that address, put it to use and move outside of this name problem which haunted me for so long.
The address I’d love my blog to be found at is innspire.wordpress.com
My idea is based on an actual inn of and with aspiration, inspiration and more. I currently do not own the financial resources to purchase my own domain, but I hope that in the future I will be able to do so. I’d rather keep it free and not involve money in my business as I’d like to keep things as natural as possible.

I’m sorry, but it’s not possible to re-assign blog names.
The name you’d like to use is currently in use, even if the website doesn’t have any content in it. Even if that person were to delete their account, that name will still not be available for you in the future.

Well, I don’t know what I should do now. I guess I will have to invent an unique key concept and hope it will be available, or, find or get my own domain or platform.Cheers!
