assistant ed of our blog cannot get into his WP account

  ‘account blocked as a security precaution’ is what my editing colleague (duro jaiye) gets when he tries to log into our blog and do some work. WP says he must reset his password, however the procedure for doing so is not working. Is there a way of him getting in touch with WP direct and not through me, admin ed of the sight? What should he do? Should I reinvite him to join the blog and he should change his name and PW slightly?
