Astigma and an addict or vice versa

Ok so today I noticed I received a new following from something called an addict and astigma (??) I tried clicking on the site but my info pulls up instead.
I’m confused. I didn’t have any views today so how did I get followed by someone who’s not ever read my stuff?? Does anyone understand why this is happening??
