‘Astra Premium Sites’ plugin and ‘Ultimate Addons for Elementor’ plugin License not responding

Astra Premium Sites and Ultimate Addons for Elementor are two plugins I have purchased the license to use on wordpress.org in my AWS hosted website. Word press instructs me to ‘Activate License’. I copy and paste the license code into the alert prompt. And nothing happens. It will not accept the license code. But When I type the wrong license into the alert prompt, a pop-up alert message tells me that it is an invalid code. SO I would like to speak with someone about this issue. Thank you.
