Astra stopped displaying header background pictures

    Hello.
    Suddenly Astra stopped displaying header background pictures.
    I can see them in Elementor, but not when I open my website.

    I was not the person who originally created the headers. And I even cannot find how to set up a background image for the header. It was made in the transparent header and was working fine until recently.
    When I go to appearance and open the transparent header or global setting I cannot find any option to add/edit an image for the background.

    Any links to the problem solution would be appreciated.

    Thanks for writing. I’m happy to help you take a closer look at things if the site is hosted on WordPress.com. However, I’m not sure that it is. In order to use a plugin like Elementor that site would need to be hosted on our business plan or higher, and I’m not seeing any upgraded hosting plans on your account. Could you please share the URL?

    Hello Zinnia. The website is not hosted under the business plan. Otherwise, I would write to your support and would not be asking here. And it is not hosted on wordpress.com. Does it matter?

    Instead your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
